We are a family owned business located in Kenai, Alaska with 45 years of experience in the Oil and Construction Industries. Alaska Crane Consultants (ACC) was started by Bill Elmore to share his vast knowledge of crane operations to ensure present and future crane operators are highly qualifed and skilled in their profession.
 
ACC provides both on-site and off-site training for crane operators, riggers and crane signal persons and various heavy equipment safety operations. Additionally, ACC provides inspection services, lift planning, and competency program devlopment. Our clientele includes the oil and construction, fishing, and mining industries throughout Alaska, as well as various government agencies.

Owner / President

Bill Elmore, owner and President of Alaska Crane Consultants, LLC since 2003, has operated cranes for forty years. His experience began during the Trans-Alaska Pipeline years and continued onto the offshore oil production platforms in Alaskas Cook Inlet, moving then to construction at Prudhoe Bay, Alaska for twenty years.

 

Bill has managed corporate competency programs, provided employee training and developed the NCCCO operator certification program for ASRC. He has administered and proctored tests for numerous crane operators throughout Alaska and the contiguous U.S. for his clients.

 

Thus far, Bill has been very pleased with the success of Alaska Crane Consultants NCCCO Exam Prep Class for crane operator certifictaion candidates, which he conducts regularly to prepare those operators for their exam.
